According to Mason Marquis, owner of Spray-Tex and Jesse Kreisman, owner of Alco Products Inc, it does...and once you've found the secret elixir, your business will finally be free to level up.
Marquis had a hard time stepping away from sales. He loved it. And, more importantly, he didn't trust someone enough to release those reins.
Kreisman in contrast understood that his business had hit a ceiling, and it would require a certain kind of salesperson (and not the kind we would expect) to break through the roof.
What did these two incredibly successful entrepreneurs do to attract and hire sales superstars and what steps do they take so they don't lose those unicorns? (They also managed to step away from their business and they don't have to deal with any sales drama.)
